Refunds are made entirely at the discretion of the Holistic Design Institute & Iris School of Colour Therapy
It normally takes up to 14 days  from receipt of your payment for  your course manual/s and tapes to be sent to you, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

A charge will be made for administration and postage for returned material. Please let us know within ten days of receipt of coursework if there is any part missing. Should you decide to change to another course you will be asked to pay any difference in the fees and extra cost of postage and packing for your new course.
